Biography Info

First of five brothers, I was born in Mozambique and I travelled a lot when I was young living in Guinea-Bissau and Angola.
During the secondary school I visited several times Germany (Monaco, Berlin and Frankfurt) but also England (London and Canterbury), Ireland (Dublin), Spain (Barcelona) and Romania (Bucarest).
I graduated in time in both my degrees: master degree in Biomedical Engineering (21st March 2013) and bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering (24th July 2009) at the University of Bologna. During the elaboration of the Master Thesis I had the opportunity to attend for seven months the Laboratory of Medical Technology of Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Bologna where I worked with people coming from other countries (Netherlands, France, Poland and Portugal).
After my Master Degree I went for 3 months in Uganda where I worked as a Biomedical Engineer inside the St. Francis Nsambya Hospital. In this period I worked close with Engineers and Technicians, mainly locals, but also coming from Sudan.
To conclude, during my PhD I had also the opportunity to meet international people and to shortly visit Portugal (Aveiro, Porto), France (Valence, Lyon) and Austria (Graz, Vienna, Villach)
For these reasons, I have both a good capacity to work in multicultural environment, and a positive team attitude too.
